Sales terms

Updated October 12, 2026

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

What takes the place of a refund

The first lesson is free: How the funnel works, rung by rung. Nobody asks for your email to read it.

Read it, check the sources, then decide.

The other half is the price: $27, paid once. The whole kit opens the second you pay.

Why there is no refund

It is a digital product, delivered in full, right away.

The 43 lessons and the 42 files open the second the payment clears. You can download all of it in minutes. There is nothing to hand back.

Refunds on an instant download get abused, and that pushes prices up for everyone. So: no refunds, a free first lesson, and a low price.

The box you tick at checkout

There is one box at checkout. It stays unticked until you tick it. This is exactly what it says:

I want access right away. I understand this is a digital product delivered instantly, that all sales are final, and that instant access gives up the 14-day cancellation right for digital content.

You cannot pay without ticking it.

Buying does not sign you up for a newsletter. That box is the only one.

The cancellation right the box gives up

Tick the box and these stop applying to you.

Where you are What you give up
United Kingdom 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, unless you asked for instant access and agreed at checkout to losing that right. Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37. Source: legislation.gov.uk, read 2026-09-19
European Union 14 days to withdraw, with the same instant-access exception. Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9 and Art. 16(m). Source: eur-lex.europa.eu, read 2026-09-19
Québec Nothing. Québec’s distance-selling rules give no change-of-mind period, so the box waives none. The cancellation rights those rules do give are in the next table, and they stay. Consumer Protection Act, ss. 54.1 to 54.16. Source: legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca, read 2026-09-19
United States Nothing. There is no federal right to cancel an online purchase, so there is none to give up. The FTC’s three-day cooling-off rule covers sales at your door or workplace, not websites. Source: ftc.gov, read 2026-09-19

Rights you keep no matter what

Ticking the box changes nothing about these. An all-sales-final clause does not erase a right the law gives you.

Where you are What the law gives you
United Kingdom Digital content must be of satisfactory quality and as described. Consumer Rights Act 2015, ss. 34 to 36, with remedies in ss. 43 to 45. Section 47 says these cannot be signed away. Source: legislation.gov.uk, read 2026-09-19
Québec 7 days to cancel if we failed our disclosure duties, or 30 days if we never sent you a copy of your contract. Consumer Protection Act, s. 54.8. A cancelled sale is repaid within 15 days, s. 54.13. And s. 261: a contract cannot take away a right the Act gives you, so the box at checkout does not touch any of this. That is why the sales page, this page, the checkout box and the receipt all say the same thing, before you pay: disclosure is what Québec law asks for.

If something is broken

If a lesson or a file is broken, missing, or not what we described, write to hello@fewerzeros.com.

We fix it. And where the law where you live gives you a remedy for a product that does not conform, that remedy applies, whatever an all-sales-final clause says.

Email us before you call your bank

If something is wrong, an email takes minutes. A card dispute takes weeks, costs a fee, and your bank decides it, not us.

Where this sentence appears

On the sales page, right beside the pay button, in the checkout box, in your receipt email, and here. The same sentence in all five places, always before the charge: digital product, delivered right away, all sales are final.

Language

This page exists in French, Spanish and Portuguese. French, Spanish and Portuguese also cover the sales page, the terms, the privacy page, the earnings page, the checkout, the sign-in screens and the two emails you get. The lessons and the files in the kit are in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

This is not legal advice

This page describes the rules and links the official source. It is not legal advice.
